MTCC uses our own cleaning supplies, products, vacuums and necessary equipment

Interior of Cottage

• vacuum all carpets
• sweep and wash all hard floor surfaces
• clean tub, shower, sink and toilet
• dust all surfaces, change any burnt light bulbs
• clean any smudges or fingerprints from glass surfaces and windows
• make sure all kitchen appliances are off
• wipe off all countertops and kitchen tables and appliances
• empty fridge and freezer wiping interior surfaces
• check microwaves and ovens for leftover surprises
• take any remaining garbage to the dump
• close and lock all windows/doors

Exterior of Cottage

• wipe off all patio deck furniture and return to its original place
• put life jackets, oars, paddles, patio furniture cushions etcetera...inside out of weather
• sweep deck areas, entrances and put away beach equipment
• make sure boats are secure on land and empty any water, turn canoes upside down
